This year’s task was to develop a communication solution for Mango Solar as a social entrepreneurship. Mainly it was about how to support and improve their means of communication, distribution channels or financing.

In the following methods, approaches and further developments of our project are described. The structuring of the content was made chronologically. In order to solve the problem, we formed a group of six. We are a team with different talents and skills who fit well together. Because we were excited about the project, we sat down every week to collect and pursue our ideas. First step was to review the Mango Solar briefing for better understanding of the exact needs of the company. 

With the help of the “Creative Method Cards” and the book “Branded Interactions” we tried to structure and develop our concept step by step. According to this, we developed our approaches to stakeholders, persona and customer journey, an expert interview with an investor helped us in this process. After a more precise definition and selection of the different aspects, we started to develop our concept model regarding to our targetgroup the investmentscouts.

At this point in time, different opinions from external experts helped us. In the end, we decided on a mood film and a brochure as the initial contact. The two components should work together perfectly, due to emotionally and in terms of content.
